My Wonderful New Knitted Blanket

While I was reading from D'Aulaires' Book of Greek Myths to my children yesterday, my daughter was busy putting the finishing touches on my Christmas present. I knew she had been working on a knitted blanket for me since the summer (it is hard to hide a project that big), but I was no less delighted when I received my gift. The blanket is so big, warm, and cozy! I especially love that my daughter made it with her own hands - it's like having her love wrapped around me. Thank you to my VERY talented daughter!
